Wheatland man arrested in Henry County

On 8/12/17 around 1:46pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Henry County arrested 55 year old Charles E. Lyon of Wheatland, Missouri.

Mr. Lyon was arrested for 1.) Driving While Intoxicated 2.) Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana 3.) Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia 4.) Driving the wrong direction on a highway.

He was booked into the Henry County Jail in Clinton and he is currently placed on a $500 bond.
