Update: Police searching for man after shooting at Belton Police Officer after traffic stop

The Belton Police Department is looking for 24 year old Isaac D. Cotton Jr.  in connection with the shooting at a officer after a traffic stop this evening in Belton.

Mr. Cotton is said to be on foot at this time and residents are reminded to keep doors and windows locked. 

If you see him please call 911 or your local law enforcement agency.
