The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the ATV driven by 13 year old Landon C. Johnson of Chilhowee, Missouri attempted to make a U-turn in the roadway, overturning and ejecting him from the ATV.
Mr. Johnson sustained serious injuries in this accident and he was transported by Life Flight to Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri for treatment.
