The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2016 Nissan Versa driven by 67 year old Janice M. Scott of Marshall, Missouri was stop at a stop sign and failed to yield striking the 2016 Dodge Ram 3500 driven by 44 year old Perry L. Heckadon of Butler, Missouri.
Janice M. Scott sustained minor injuries in this accident and she was transported by ambulance to St. Lukes East in Lees Summit, Missouri for treatment.
Both of the vehicles were towed from the scene by Johnson's Tow of Harrisonville, Missouri.
