Garden City Police Officers Make Arrest In Bates County Animal Cruelty Case

At about 10:00 this morning Officers of the Garden City Police Department and Deputies of the Bates County Sheriff’s Office visited with a 55 year old Garden City man in connection to horses being shot and killed in rural Bates county. After questioning, 

The Garden City man was arrested by Garden City Police Detective and turned over to Bates County Deputies for transport to the Bates County Jail pending a felony warrant in Bates County.
