On 4/14/18 around 3:38pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Cass County responded to a one vehicle accident on A Highway at McClellen Road in rural Cass County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2008 Hyundai Sonata driven by 18 year old Brennan M. Baer of Archie, Missouri crossed the centerline of traffic and struck the trailer that was being towed by the 2011 Ford F-250 driven by 46 year old John C. Payne of Harrisonville, Missouri.
A passenger in the Hyundai Sonata 16 year old Legacy R.Vanblarucon of Drexel, Missouri sustained minor injuries in this accident and she was transported by private vehicle to Cass Regional Medical Center for treatment.
The Hyundai was totaled and towed from the scene by Johnson's Tow.
