Officers stopped the subject outside of Wal-Mart and recovered several video games and a clear plastic bag with a crystal like substance that field tested positive for meth.
Officers were also informed by Wal-Mart employees that the suspect had a shopping cart over loaded with items. The shopping cart was left by the exit.
Officers were unable to locate the other suspect and it is believed he saw police arrive and left the area before the suspect came out of Walmart.

The subject stated that he had a friend in the parking lot but that he was unable to make contact with him that's why he left the shopping cart inside. The total amount of items in the shopping cart was just over $2600.
