Breydon Shaun Hammer, age 19 of Bixby, Oklahoma left this earth on Saturday September 23, 2017 at his home in Bixby, Oklahoma.
Breydon was born February 19, 1998 in Tahlequah, OK to Alyson Moten and Erin Hammer. He attended school at Zion in Stilwell OK, Collinsville, and Bixby OK. Breydon was an avid skateboarder before his illness He loved playing his ‘games’ on his Xbox and PS4 He also loved just hanging out visiting, talking and listening to good music with friends, family and his cousins. It was one of his favorite things to do. His immense love and compassion for others and his zany sense of humor will be forever imprinted on all who knew him, including all the doctors, nurses, medical staff and his beloved St Jude Families that he has impacted the last few years. “Breydon impacted your Heart” has been said of him. Once you met Breydon you can Never forget him.
Breydon is survived by his parents Alyson Moten and Erin Hammer and their spouses Derek Smallen and Lana Hammer. His sisters, Kelsey Hammer, Brylie Smallen, and Lainey Smallen. His brother Cash Hammer and the Brother of his heart Cole Lingo.
He is also survived by Grandparents: Emmabel Abbott of Stilwell, OK, Don and Vickie Smallen of Bixby, OK, Pam and Marty Horn of Westville, OK, Mike and Cheryl Kimble of Stilwell, OK, and Nana and Poppa Jean Ann and Shawn Wright of Stilwell, OK
Great Grandparents Wanda and Ronnie Gibson of Bixby and Richard Self of Westville.
He also survived by many beloved Aunts, Uncles and cousins, and a host of friends and family.
He was preceded in death by his Grandfather Harold Moten, His Duda Chester Hammer and his Great Grandmother Ida Mae Self.
