St v. Aaron G Dahmer, I: Forgery, guilty plea; II: Felony possession of controlled substance, methamphetamines—guilty plea; III: Misd. Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia—dismissed; IV: Felony failure to drive on right half of roadway, guilty plea;   sentencing set for 8-27-13, Defe. To pay $250 fine on Ct IV this date.

St v. Justin Ryan Hammer, Ct I: Felony assault-guilty plea, sentenced to 4 years in MDOC, given SES, placed on 5 years probation, II:  Felony unlawful use of a weapon—dismissed, Defe. To pay court costs, to attend/successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed,  to get in anger management or a “Piper” program,  Defe. Subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, Defe. To perform 200 hours of community service.

Jon Edward Wilson, Felony possession of controlled substance, methamphetamines—found guilty, given SIS, placed on 5 years probation, to pay court costs, to pay $150 on State Forensic Laboratory Account, Defe. To attend/successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed, to get substance abuse treatment and aftercare, to be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches.

St v. Gabriella Megan Sola, Felony possession of controlled substance, clonazepam, guilty plea, given SIS, placed on 5 years probation,  to pay $150 on State Forensic Laboratory Account, Defe. to attend/successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed,  to get substance abuse treatment and aftercare,  to be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, to perform 200 hours of community service.

St v. Caroline Hoover, Misd. Possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, amended from Felony, guilty plea, sentenced to 6 mos. In Bates Co Jail, SES, placed on probation for 2 years,  to pay court costs, to perform 40 hours of community service.

St v. Robert F Dowling, Felony producing controlled substance, marijuana, guilty plea, sentenced to 5 years in MDOC,  given SES, placed on 5 years probation, Defe. to pay $150 on State Forensic Laboratory Account, Defe. to pay court costs, to attend/successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed, Defe. to be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, shall not consume alcohol or be where sold/served, to perform 100 hours of community service.
