MoDOT, Southwest District - Bates County Route H at Mound Branch Creek east of Butler and Bates County Route B at Mission Branch Creek near Rich Hill will CLOSE to traffic starting Tuesday, May 26, the Missouri Department of Transportation said.
Both bridges will be closed until mid-August as contractor crews tear down the deteriorating structures and replace them.
 Drivers are urged to find alternate routes to get around the bridge closings. No signed detours are planned.
Signs and message boards will alert drivers to the bridge closings.
Weather and/or construction delays will alter the work schedule.
