On 7/1/16 around 4:30am the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Benton County responded to a once vehicle accident on Old 65 Highway and North Lincoln Road in rural Benton County.The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2004 Mercury Mountaineer driven by 51 year old Traci L.Adams-Howell of Windsor, Missouri failed to negotiate a left hand turn causing the vehicle to travel off the roadway striking a ditch and overturning.
Traci L. Adams-Howell sustained serious injuries in this accident and she was transported by Life Flight Eagle to Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri.
The vehicle received extensive damage in the accident and was towed from the scene by Tolliver's Tow.
