Around 9:12pm last night the Missouri State Highway Patrol along with the Henry County Sheriffs Office and Tightwad First Responders were called out to a two vehicle head on crash at Missouri 7 Highway and 895 Road in rural Henry County.The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the unknown year white Infinity car driven by 60 year old Gary L. Hoos of Springfield, Missouri crossed the center line and struck the 2006 Pontiac driven by Linda S. Hiserote of Nelson, Missouri head on.
Mr. Hoos was transported to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton were he was pronounced dead by hospital staff.
Linda S. Hiserote sustained moderate injuries in this accident and she was transported by ambulance to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital for treatment.
Both vehicle were totaled in this accident and both were towed from the scene by Golden Valley Wrecker
