Kenneth Head of Butler is recognized as the Bates County Memorial Hospital Employee of the Month for September, 2016. Kenneth began his employment in 2015 in the Information Systems Department. 

Kenneth is recognized for his teamwork and professionalism as he assists staff with technology issues. 

He relates to coworkers with an understanding and compassion of their frustration while overcoming obstacles. 

Kenneth is a pleasure to work with and the hospital is fortunate to have him on its’ healthcare team.
