Around 10:15pm last night the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Cass County along with Cass County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a one vehicle accident on Missouri 7 Highway just South of 203rd Street in rural Cass County.The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2009 Chevrolet Malibu driven by 16 year old Destiny T. Bradshaw of Topeka, Kansas attempted to make a right turn when she lost control of the vehicle causing it to traveling off the roadway and striking a culvert.
Destiny T. Bradshaw as well as two passengers in her vehicle 14 year old Esabel A. Helgren and 18 year old Vivica M. Helgren both of Pleasant Hill, Missouri all sustained minor injuries in this accident and all three were transported by ambulance to Children Mercy Hospital for treatment.
The vehicle received extensive damage and was towed from the scene by Stevers Tow.
