On 10/29/16 around 2:10am the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 22 year old Melissa D. Mitchell of Kansas City, Missouri.She was arrested 1.) Felony Possession of a controlled substance ( Cocaine) 2.) Possession of up to 35 grams of Marijuana 3.) Speeding 4.) No Registration.
Melissa D. Mitchell was booked into the Bates County Jail and placed on a 12 hour hold.
