Clinton Police Department looking for subject who fled after police chase

Jamie Marie Vanblaricon
Around midnight last night, while on patrol in the area of 2nd and Calvird, Clinton Police observed a white Nissan 4 door sedan sitting in the road way not moving for an extended period of time.

When the Police vehicle approached, the sedan took off at a high rate of speed. As the officer attempted to stop the vehicle, the driver turned off the headlights and accelerated. A short distance later, it collided with the curb in the area of 3rd and Bodine.

When the officer caught up, the occupants had exited the vehicle and fled the scene on foot. The Clinton Police Department K9 was called to the scene and assisted in a search of the area, but the suspects were not located.

The vehicle was seized and towed from the scene. Identification was found in the vehicle of 27 year old Clinton resident Jamie Marie Vanblaricon.

Ms. Vanblaricon has a felony warrant out for her arrest for violating supervised probation she was placed on by the court due to a felony drug conviction.

If you know the whereabouts of Ms. Vanblaricon, or anyone else that may have been in the vehicle in reference to this information, please call the Clinton Police Department at 660-885-2679.
