Columbia man arrested in Bates County

On 6/16/17 around 5:45pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 24 year old Brian D. Miller of Columbia, Missouri.

Mr. Miller was arrested for 1.) Driving While Intoxicated 2.) Possession of up to 35grams of Marijuana 3.) Speeding 4.) Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

He was booked into the Bates County Jail and placed on a 12 hour hold.
