Ed is survived by his son Eric Allen and his wife Julie of Holden, Missouri; a sister, Linda Eagleson and her husband Herb of Garden City, Missouri; former wife Jeanne (Dumont)Smith of Portsmouth, Rhode Island; two grandchildren, Benjamin and Cynthia; other relatives and many friends.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Clearfork Cemetery, Garden City, Missouri.
Family suggest in lieu of flowers that memorial contributions may be made to the Patriot Riders and sent in care of Dickey Funeral Home, P.O. Box 432, Harrisonville, Missouri 64701.
