Activity Report for the period July 16-31, 2017:
• 0 Nursing Home/Hospice type deaths were reported for the period.
• On 7/19/17 the Coroner was called to a residence in the city limits of Rich Hill following a wellbeing check by law enforcement. Susan A. Gilkey was pronounced by Coroner Greg Mullinax at 20:29. The case remains under investigation however no foul play is suspected.
• On 7/23/17 the Coroner was called to a residence in Northeast Bates County. Anna L. Engelhardt was pronounced by Coroner Greg Mullinax at 13:49 with the cause of death being accidental in nature.
