Richard Harlow, age 50 of Clinton, passed away at his home Friday, May 18, 2018. Richard's wishes were to be cremated with burial at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, Missouri, at a later date.

A memorial service will be held at Lisa Winkler's home in Clinton, Missouri on Thursday, May 24, 2018 from 5-7pm.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
Richard is survived by his sister, Lisa Winkler, Clinton, nephews, Steve Navarro and Samuel Winkler and numerous Aunts and Uncles and family members.
