Obituary - Wakita "Kit" Marie (White) Law

Wakita "Kit" Marie (White) Law, 92, passed away with family by her side, at the home of her grandson on Wednesday, June 6, 2018.

Kit was born August 7, 1925, to Eloma and Ernest White in Clinton, MO. She graduated from Clinton High School in 1943. Kit married Harold Law on August 24, 1950. 

The couple moved to Fort Worth in 1956. Kit was a well-known Avon Representative for over 40 years. She was also an accomplished seamstress for a number of prominent Fort Worth families.

Kit was preceded in death by Harold Law, her husband of 45 years, in 1995; son, Tom Law, in 2015; and daughter, Sue Ellen (Law) Keck, in 2017.

Survivors include her grandsons, Jonathan Keck and wife, Stephanie, of White Settlement, Kevin Keck and wife, Lauren, of Oceanside, Calif; seven great-grandchildren, Case, Kyra, Madyson, Max, Lily, Peyton and Zoey; a sister-in-law, Jane White; two nephews, Walter White (Deanna) and Wallace White; five great-nieces and nephews, Jeremy White, Jennifer Baldwin (Brad), Melissa Crawford (Johnnie), Adam White and Laura Cameron (Keith); and other family and friends.

Under the direction of Consalus Funeral Home, a graveside service is scheduled at 11:30 A.M. on Friday, June 15, 2018 at Englewood Cemetery, Clinton, MO.
