Update: Structure Fire in rural Adrian

At 07:20 Sunday morning the Adrian Fire Department was dispatched on a reported residential structure fire at 5261 NW CR 10504. Mutual aid was requested from Butler Fire and Central Cass Fire to respond to the scene, while Amsterdam Fire was requested to stage at the Adrian fire station for coverage of any additional calls in the Adrian area.

We arrived on scene at 07:36 hours and found the structure to be fully involved. All occupants were out of the home and were treated by EMS but did not need transported.

Firefighters were on the scene for over two hours battling the fire. The fire is believed to be accidental in nature caused from a wood stove. Adrian Fire Department would like to thank all agencies who responded on the call.
