If you are looking at growing vegetables or fruit, sign up for this class Saturday, March 14, taught by Pat Miller. The class will be from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Bring a sack lunch and drinks will be provided. Miller, University of Missouri Extension Agronomy Specialist, will cover Preparing a Spot and Amending the Soil, Vegetable Growing and Growing Fruits. The class will be held at the Bates County Extension Office at the Courthouse in Butler, MO. The cost is $30. Please register by March 12 by calling 660-679-4167. Class size is limited.
