report of a structure fire at 407 W. Ohio St..

After a large volume of
the fire was controlled, and due to the instability of the structure
preventing entry, the ladder truck was brought to he scene for
further extinguishment.

under control at approximately 3:52 A.M., with the last units leaving
the scene at 6:08 A.M.
