Bates County Museum 8th Annual Heritage Dinner

The Bates County Museum will be hosting the 8th Annual Heritage Dinner on August, 25th starting at 6:30 pm. This will also mark the 175th Birthday of Bates County. 

Jeremy Neely (History professor at Missouri State University) returns to the Museum to present a program titled, "Freeman Barrows: A Pure Son of Missouri.

" Freeman was the first County Clerk and is considered to be one of our county's founding fathers. The dinner is a freewill donation and money raised will benefit the museum.
