Butler employer is seeking the right person to be the primary contact for multiple agents and insurance carriers. The customer service team member will pass frequent communications back and forth between agents and others within the business. The CSTM will utilize email, telephones, and in person contact to provide information to customers and to co-workers. They will also be responsible for entering data into multiple data management systems and must be able to search out information on the computer network to complete timely and accurate entry. This position is in a temperature controlled office environment.
Sitting at a computer for long hours is a requirement of the positions. The position does offer opportunity for advancement and cross training with other positions. The team members will be working very closely with each of the other departments within the company.
