Thursday is going to be super dangerous hot day, heat index could range 105-110 in our region. Make sure you stay hydrated by drinking lots of water and avoid caffeine and alcohol. Take plenty of brakes from outside activities make sure kids do as well. Check on your elderly neighbors and remember the outside pets they need lots of fresh water as well adding ice to their water will give them some relief.
