The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2016 Toyota driven by 74 year old Demetrius Kasomenos of Archie, Missouri crossed the median and traveled off the North side of the roadway coming to rest down a embankment.
Mr. Kasomenos sustained minor injuries in this accident and he was transported by Bates County EMS to Bates County Memorial Hospital for treatment.
The vehicle received minor damages and was towed from the scene by Adrian Tow.
