Freedom's Frontier National Heritage Area Holds Annual Banquet

Freedom's Frontier National Heritage Area held their annual banquet today in the historic Elms Hotel. 

Those representing Bates County were Kay Caskey (Freedom'sFrontier Trustee), Casey Koehn (Butler City Administrator), Donna Morris (Bates County Victims Advocate), Donna Gregory, Chris Wimsatt, and Peggy Buhr (Bates County Museum). Poplar Heights Farm was represented by Melissa Phillips and Gail Tiller. /// 

Bates County Museum Director Peggy Buhr received the Billings Most Valuable Partner Award for her years of work in promoting the history of the region and for ongoing work in highlighting the fascinating stories of Bates County and the Freedom's Frontier National Heritage Area.
