The Nevada Police Department have concluded an investigation in regards to a Sexual Assault that occurred on Friday, November 18, 2016
On 11/18/16 on-duty Nevada Patrol officers were summoned to Nevada Inn Motel for a reported Sexual Assault.
Nevada Police went to the location to conduct an investigation on the allegations.
Once on scene officer were able to determine that a 28 Y/O female reported she had been held against her will, drugged, beaten and Sexually Assaulted by a know male suspect.

Officers immediately arranged for the victim to be transported to NRMMC to be treated for her injuries and vital evidence could be seized. .
Investigators were summoned to the hospital, where enough information was obtained for the investigator to obtain a search warrant, to recover evidence from the crime scene.
Officers contacted the Vernon County Prosecuting Attorney, and applied for a search warrant to the Vernon County Associate Court for a home in the 600 east Arch, Nevada Mo. where the Sexual Assault occurred. During the warrant execution evidence of the sexual assault was seized along with several items believed used in narcotic activities.
Officer from the Nevada Police Department and Vernon County Sheriff Office searched several locations the following days to locate the suspect.
