The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 1995 Chevrolet driven by 44 year old Michael J. Parks failed to negotiate a curve causing the vehicle to travel off the left side of the roadway and overturn.
Mr. Parks sustained serious injuries in this accident and he was transported by Belton EMS to Overland Park Regional Hospital for treatment.
The vehicle received moderate damages and it was towed from the scene by GT TOW.
