Arkansas man arrested in Bates County

On 11/16/17 around 10:29pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 20 year old Joseph R. Day of Bella Vista, Arkansas.

Mr. Day was arrested 1.) Driving While Intoxicated 2.) Driving While Suspended.

Joseph R. Day was booked into the Bates County Jail and placed on a 12 hour hold.
