Billie, along with Larry Haney, Joyce Guffey & Dana Arnold are founding members of the band. Bill Tetley, Billie's high school band teacher, was the founding father & first director of the band 33 years ago.
Billie, who faithfully attends the concerts proudly wearing her Bates County Nostalgia Band shirt, is definitely missed in the trombone section, but we do believe she is enjoying her new role as president of our fan club!!
