Storms are expected to reform tonight around sunset and will persist through the overnight hours before moving out from west to east Sunday morning/afternoon. Scattered flooding possible; some areas, especially those sensitive to more rain due to recent heavy rains could see moderate to major flooding, so proceed carefully if outdoors tonight. There is a minimal threat for severe weather, mainly south of I-70 this afternoon and this evening. Gusty winds and hail around 1 - 1.5 inch are the primary concerns, aside from the larger flooding concerns.
