David Foster is an obvious choice. He works tirelessly on behalf of children across the circuit. His is a true team member in that he assists any of us in other agencies at any time.
He is able to provide information, insight, and guidance in so many ways. Not only does he assist children in his own role, but he is able to assist them in other ways by assisting the other MDT members that have a different expertise and role.
