In minutes from the Adrian City Council meeting, Chuck Hough presented a letter to the council stating the lighting on the ball diamonds are in need of repair. The total cost for repair will be $60,000 to $65,000. KCP&L will be donating new poles to the park. Jay Walley will be completing the repairs, which will consist of new poles and all new lights. Lori Williams of Adrian stated funding can be from the Capital Improvement account. Talley moved to take $65,000 out of the Capital Improvement CD that matures first. The motioned was carried.
