Defe. Shall successfully complete the Church Army Program already started by Defe.

Shall not possess or consume alcoholic beverages or be where sold/served. Defe. To complete the Church Army Program already started by Defe.

St v. William F Stark, Felony assault, found guilty, sentenced to 5 years in MDOC, given SES, placed on 5 years probation, sentence to be served concurrently with other sentences. Defe. To pay court costs, to pay restitution of $1700 and to attend and successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed. Defe. Shall submit to random drug testing, random home/vehicle testing, shall not possess or consume any alcoholic beverages or be where sold/served. Defe.  Shall successfully complete Church Army Program.

To pay court costs, to attend and successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed, to get substance abuse treatment and aftercare,  to attend AA/NA meetings, to be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, shall not possess or consume any alcoholic beverages or be where sold/served, shall perform 200 hours of community service, to spend 30 days in the jail—time is concurrent with the time currently serving in DOC.

Robert F Douglas, I: Felony resisting a lawful stop—found guilty, sentenced to 3 years, II: Felony assault of Law Enforcement Officer—sentenced to 7 years, III: Felony property damage—sentenced to 3 years, IV:  Felony tampering—sentenced to 7 years , V: Felony property damage—sentenced to 3 years; Cts II consecutive with sentence in Ct V; all others concurrent with those 2 sentences(10 yrs controlling  sentence).  Defe. To be placed in the Court Ordered Long Term Substance Abuse Program.

Amanda Leigh Frailey, Felony possession of controlled substance, zolpidem, found guilty, given SIS, placed on 5 years probation, to pay court costs, pay $150 on State Forensic Laboratory account, Defe. Ordered to MO Post Conviction Drug Treatment Program.  Defe. To attend and successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed, to attend Post Conviction Treatment Program, Defe shall be subject to random drug tests, random home/vehicle searches, shall not possess or consume any  alcoholic beverages or be where sold/served.

St v. Robbie S Langford, Felony producing a controlled substance, marijuana, found guilty, sentenced to 7 years in MDOC, given  SES, placed on 5 years probation, to pay court costs, including $150 on State Forensic Laboratory account, to attend and successfully complete any counseling/treatment as directed,  to get substance abuse treatment and aftercare, to be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, to perform 200 hours of community service.
