St. Clair County Sheriff's Office: Felony warrant arrest‏

On Sept. 25, Zachariah Bishop, 30, Montrose, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with a class C felony of possessing a controlled substance. The charge stems from an incident on Sept. 24 when a St. Clair County deputy was dispatched to Concord Street, Appleton City, in reference to a violation of an ex-parte. During the investigation, Bishop was taken into custody. A search of his person located a bag that contained a white powdery substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety.
