Bates County Sheriffs Office: Needing assistance on a few cases

On 02-23-2015 Bates County Deputies responded to a burglary that occurred earlier in rural Bates County just outside of Drexel. The victim stated that upon arrival to her residence she noticed someone had removed the screen from her kitchen window. Once the screen was removed the suspects opened the window climbed into the residence and opened the front door.

The suspect or suspects then removed the following items from the residence. 2 grey craftsman chainsaws, Blue in color Harbor Freight generator, one black in color Remington pump action BB gun, 2 fishing poles one Shimano and one Zebco, and an antique wine bottle.

On 02-26-2015 Bates County Deputies responded to a theft that had accrued earlier in rural Bates County in the Appleton City area. The reporting party stated that he had a five day old Black Angus bull calf stolen. The calf was black in color and had a white naval.
