Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with the property owner, Jeff Utz.
Mr. Utz stated that someone driving a late model, dark in color Dodge pickup drove into his yard causing property damage.
Mr. Utz stated when he opened his front door and stepped outside he could hear someone yelling, “Hurry up! Go! Go! Go!”.
