Rain will spread north this morning with a wintry mix possible across NE Kansas and NW Missouri before transitioning over to all rain around noon as temperatures warm. Any snowfall or ice accumulations will be light.
As temperatures cool this evening, any rain will transition back over to a rain-snow or wintry mix before moving out of the area early Thursday morning. Temperatures will remain cool on Thursday with decreasing clouds.
