In 2000 he moved to Warsaw, Missouri with his parents where he worked as a tree trimmer.
He is preceded in death by his mother Charlene O. Ashby on February 13, 2022, and his grandparents.
He is survived by his father, Charles D. Ashby of the home, two sons, David Ashby and Shane Johnson, two sisters, Leslee Prudden and Missi Hunter, both of Concordia, Missouri, 4 nephews and 1 niece, other relatives and friends.
Arrangements for cremation with no services scheduled at this time.
