Drexel Fall Festival vendor registration now open

The City of Drexel in conjunction with the Log Cabin Quilters will host a Community Fall Festival and Quilt Show set for October 2, 2010 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. We were extremely pleased with the success of the event the last two years and hope to make this year even better. Last years event hosted over 60 booths with live entertainment throughout the day by bands, dancers, and singers. The craft booths were buzzing, kids were enjoying a variety of activities, the food vendors sold out of their items and the Quilt Club was able to raise over $2000.00 through the auctioning of quilts to donate to the Drexel Public School Foundation. It is our hope that this year will bring even more ven- dors, more spectators, and more FUN! There will be a variety of vendors, games for the kids, live entertainment, and much more! This year’s quilt auction, to be held at 12:30 by the Log Cabin Quilters. We hope we get the opportunity to see you there!
