Quilt show coming March 4th and 5th

The Memories of Mom Relay for Life team is sponsoring the 3rd annual Memories of MOM quilt show March 4th and 5th. The show will be held at the Adrian Optimist Building. Hours for the show 10 to 6  p.m. Friday and 9 to 4 p.m. on Saturday.
Last year we had about 100 beautiful quilts, wall hangings and baby quilts on display. There will be several vendor booths selling fabric, quilt supplies, patterns, clothing, rugs and much more. We hope you will attend and vote on your favorite quilt and do a little shopping. Memories of MOM Relay for Life team will be selling food. Be sure and visit them. On the menu is chicken and noodles, sandwiches, and their famous homemade pie.

We are looking for handmade quilts old or new to display, no repeats from former shows. If you are interested in showing some of your quilts please call Karen at 660-679-3796 or Sharon at 660-679-6277 to get registration forms. You may also take them to Rocking Chair Quilts in Butler between February 26 and March 3.

If you are interested in having a vendor booth, please call the same numbers. We still have space available.

Free will donations will be accepted at the door. All proceeds go the American Cancer Society for cancer research. Bates County Relay for Life will be June 10.
