Stealth aircraft seen over Bates County

There have been numerous reports of stealth aircraft flying over Bates County in the past couple of days and yet another passed over shortly before 9 a.m. this morning. It is not known if it was the B-2 or F-117; regardless, it appears that the sightings are due to heightened security concerns with the upcoming 9/11 anniversary.

This morning's aircraft was flying at a relatively low altitude and headed southwest.

We should add that we've had reports of higher than normal sightings of the aircraft.
