David Cook missing since November 19th 2008
It has been 3 years since David Cook of Amsterdam went missing from his residence in Amsterdam. The 55 year old man disappeared from his ranch in mid-November of 2008.
Cook, was a 34 year employee of the nearby KCPL generating plant at LaCygne, Kansas . On the day of his disappearance, it was a day as normal, Cook had scheduled a contractor’s meeting at the ranch to go over plans for an upcoming project, but the otherwise reliable cook, didn’t show up.
A 200-person search party, included several on horseback, hikers, boats , and the Highway Patrol helicopter assisted in the search , all to no avail.
After three years, the family of David Cook is asking for any information or leads you may have to be reported to the Bates County sheriff’s Office or the Missouri Highway Patrol.
Cook has been missing since November 19th, 2008.
