St v. Robert Clayton White, Felony resisting a legal stop, guilty plea, given SIS, placed on 5 years probation, to pay court costs, to get counseling/treatment as directed, Defe. To be subject to random drug testing, random home/vehicle searches, Shall not possess/consume alcoholic beverages or be upon premises where sold/served, to perform 200 hours of community service, to serve 10 days shock time in Bates County Jail. 

St v. Richard Gibeault, probation violation, probation revoked, probation extended with the condition of entering and successfully completing the Church Army Recovery Program, to follow original probation conditions.

Welcome Eli Donavon Dean Warren

Grandma is pleased to announce that Eli Donavon Dean Warren has made his way in the world. Eli was born at 12:02 pm Dec. 23,2011 at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital to Amber M. Miller and David J. Warren, of Butler. He is 6 lbs 10 oz, healthy and happy!! Maternal Grandparents are Deanna and Daran Baumgarden and Jeff Miller. Great grandparents are Eugene and Connie Miller, Alice Jestis and Corky and Pauline Baumgarden. Very happy Aunt Shelby or Butler and Uncle Jeffrey (Leanna) of Flint, Michigan.
