Senior Night at Adrian High School
On Friday February 15, 2013 Adrian High School will have Senior night. The Basketball game starts at 5 pm and is against Rich Hill Tigers also Adrian Project Prom will be selling pulled pork sandwich meals for $6.00. The meal will include Sandwich, Chips, Slaw, dessert and a drink. There will also be a 50/50 raffle also held by Adrian Project Prom. They will start serving food at 4:30 pm. Please come out and support Adrian Project Prom

Robert Riley, 78, of Drexel, Mo., passed away on Feb.12, 2013. He is survived by his wife Doris; children Cheryl Nasalik (Ed), Janis Jolin (Terry), Debra Pool (Rob Davis) and Robyn Riley (Trisha); grandchildren Ryan, Austin and Alison.

Butler Gun and Knife Show
The Butler Optimist Gun and Knife Show will be sponsored by the Butler Optimist Club of Butler. Show hours will be March 8th thru the 10th. This Gun and Knife Show will be held at the Old Wal-Mart building on Fort Scott Street in Butler. Admission will be $5.00 per day, per person with children under 10 years old admitted free. Show hours on Friday March 8th – 4 pm to 8 pm. Saturday March 9th - 8 am to 6 pm, Sunday March 10th show hours will be from 9 am to 3 pm. HABITAT FOR HUMANITY SONIC DISCOUNT CARDS FOR SALE
Sonic Discount Cards are on sale right now to raise money for the rehab of the 6th Habitat for Humanity Home in this area. The location for the 6th home will be in Rich Hill and is being refurbished to make it livable and become a home for a Bates County family. There are 100 cards available to purchase by various Habitat for Humanity Members. Brenda Darr in Butler has 31 of those Sonic cards. They are being sold for $5 each and you will get several discounts on burgers, hot dogs, kids meals and other Sonic Menu Items.
