Radio Station back up and running for now

As of 7am on Tuesday Feb 26th the Fm side is back on.We may or may not have power as the day and snow continues. Our engineer stated most stations are experiencing this problem.The AM side will be on the air at 7:30am we will try our best but mother nature is stronger than us on this one. Updated: 6:55am Feb 26, 2013

If you must be out please be safe. There is tree limbs and power lines laying all over Butler and I-49 is basically 1 lane. Please use caution. Allow yourself plenty of time to get to your destination today would be a good day to sleep in if all possible. Bates County Live will keep you updated.

H highway partially closed

Butler Police along with Bates County Sheriff is on scene of a Tanker Truck Hauling fuel that has slide off the roadway. This is at H highway and Broadway. Gilkey Tow is in route. Please avoid this area if all possible until this is cleaned up
