Butler Youth Wrestling Practice

 The Butler Youth Wrestling Club will have Practice tonight at the Alternative School in Butler from 6pm to 8 pm.

 The Butler Senior Center still has raffle tickets  for sale … each tickets  gives a lucky tickets holder  the opportunity to win a 1998 Dodge Dakota. Tickets are being sold to raise funds for the Senior Center. The deadline date has been extended to March 11^th, so you still have time to purchase that winning ticket.

Tickets are for sale at the Butler Senior Center which is open from 9 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday.

The cost is $10.00 per ticket. The center has extended the contest date to March 11^th.   If all tickets are sold, the fund-raising endeavor will generate $2500.00 for the Center.

Morning Update from Osage Valley 7:50am

This morning there are approximately 1400 members still without power. Crews are working to restore power as quickly as possible. Each day working conditions continue to improve. We are concerned about each and everyone of our members that are still without power and are working to get to everyone as quickly as possible.

2 Vehicle Accident

Bates County Sheriff along with Bates County EMS is on scene of a 2 vehicle accident. This accident is out K Highway to gravel road 1002 West of Butler. The road is completely blocked as of this moment but Butler Tow is in route to clear the vehicles off the roadway. Bates County Live will have a update when more information becomes available... 

Update on Butler Playoff Basketball

The Butler Bears played The Higginsville Huskers tonight in the first round of the State Playoffs and they fell a little short 48-54. The Bears showed a lot of heart coming back from a huge deficit to make the game close. Everyone in the community is proud of each and everyone of you and your accomplishments this year..

Indulge Salon will be  OPEN on Friday and The ladies are ready to go! Katy has a couple openings on Friday so message us or call us for an appointment. Walk-Ins are always welcome. Make sure to check out all the vendor displays while in the shop! There is something for everyone.
